At Caidya, she provided oversight and guidance to Clinical Trial Managers, ensuring compliance with project scopes, timelines, and budget requirements while driving consistent service delivery. During her tenure at Covance, she led teams of CRAs, enhanced operational processes, and drove efficiencies to exceed budget goals.

Chérie’s accomplishments include the development of career advancement frameworks for CRAs and CTMs, the creation of industry-leading onboarding and training programs, and the implementation of performance tracking systems that enhanced operational excellence. Her servant-leadership style has been instrumental in fostering high retention rates and a positive organizational culture.
