Ashley Fields is a Senior Clinical Research Associate at Proxima Clinical Research, Inc., a contract research organization that serves the emerging drug and medical device industries. Ashley has over 9 years of clinical research experience working from the site, CRO and sponsor perspectives. Prior to joining the Proxima team, Ashley was Sr. Clinical Research Associate at the CRO PPD and prior to PPD, Ashley was a Sr. Clinical Research Associate/Clinical Trial Manager at Innovaderm. While at PPD, Ashley successfully monitored on a phase III CNS trial with an indication in Schizophrenia and a phase II Neurology trial with an indication of Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyneuropathy. During her time at Innovaderm, she assisted, secured and co-managed the new CRA transition program, overseeing, planning and mentoring a team of CRA’s who were new to the industry. She has also held roles monitoring in numerous therapeutic areas inclusive of Cardiovascular, Infectious Disease, Oncology, Dermatology, CNS and Neurology diseases. Ashley graduated from Kean University in New Jersey, with a degree in Global Business and received her Master’s degree in Public Administration from Rutgers University.
