Houston, TX: Proxima Clinical Research, Inc. is excited to announce the addition of three key members to its rapidly growing team: Vice President of Clinical Operations, Matt Wagener; Director of Project Management, Stephanie Mull; and Director of Marketing and Communications, Kate Brown.

As the VP of Clinical Operations, Matt Wagener is responsible for clinical operations including but not limited to Project and Clinical Monitoring, Data Management, Quality and Site-related responsibilities. Matt joins Proxima with over 15 years of industry experience working across multiple life science operations and business development sectors. Before joining Proxima, Matt was the Sr. Director of Corporate Operations at MedSource and held several management positions at McKesson/US Oncology.

Stephanie Mull, Director of Project Management, will oversee all project management for Proxima as well as manage the CRA teams. Before joining Proxima, Stephanie gained over 20 years of clinical research experience from the site, CRO and sponsor perspectives. Her previous roles include Sr. Project Manager for MedSource, Strategic Alliance Manager at McKesson/US Oncology, and Program Manager for GU/GYN at US Oncology.

Serving as the Director of Marketing & Communications for Proxima, Kate Brown will oversee all inbound, direct and digital marketing efforts, event production, and content strategy. Kate joins Proxima from Johnson & Johnson Innovation - JLABS @ TMC where she led marketing initiatives for their Houston location and Texas region. Kate brings with her experience in content creation, campaign management, program production, and digital marketing strategic planning.
