Ms. Rolanda is the Safety Associate for Proxima Clinical Research, Inc. Proxima CRO is focused on assisting emerging pharmaceutical and medical device companies in clinical product development. She has over 8 years of experience working for both Sponsor as well as CRO perspectives and in the pharmacovigilance industry. Prior to joining the Proxima team, Rolanda was a Drug Safety Specialist at the CRO IQVIA. Rolanda ensured compliance with individual case safety reporting (ICSR) through the drug safety lifecycle reporting period.

Ms. Rolanda received a B.S. in Accounting from Winston-Salem State University of Winston – Salem, North Carolina. Ms. Rolanda returned to school to enhance her skills and knowledge in the clinical industry. She successfully completed the Clinical Research Program at Durham Technical Community College to strengthen her knowledge in the vibrant clinical and drug safety world. She has been involved in various clinical trials for pharmaceutical companies and CROs.

Ms. Davis has played an important role in the development of the following medical products:

1. Contributed the development of ovarian HPV biopsy medical device that is designed to minimize the risk of false positive / negative results. By way of an internal cellular control, ensuring cellular material is present.
2. Pivotal clinical research respiratory trial to prevent or treat a certain disease by way of utilizing mRNA technology with identifying a person protein makeup to assist their immune system fight off unwanted bacteria.
